Control of KPIs, procurement, inventory, and supplier management Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate administrative routines (documents, contracts, files, reports); * Supervise the administrative team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Monitor KPIs, entries, and internal requests; * Manage and monitor financial processes (entries, support for accounts payable/receivable, billing, procurement, and expense control); * Monitor procurement, inventory control, and supplier management; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, policies, and procedures; * Prepare and present managerial reports on costs and headcount.
