Job Summary: The Madeiranit Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide customer service, track orders, conduct prospecting, and offer administrative commercial support. We operate over 25 physical stores across 8 states; 2 distribution centers located in Agudos/SP and Itajaí/SC; and an e-commerce platform with nationwide coverage. We are seeking a professional to work as: **Inside Sales Representative at our Várzea Grande/MT unit.** What challenges will this professional face? * Serve customers in general, in person, via phone calls, messages, or e-mails; * Track orders for pickup, shipment loading, and stock shortages requiring transfer; * Assist external sales representatives in finalizing orders, quotations, and any necessary inquiries; * Support drivers and helpers whenever adverse situations arise during delivery of a customer’s order; * Assist in order release coordination with the Finance department; * Request purchases or material transfers desired by customers to the responsible party; * Conduct prospecting for new customers; * Issue receipts, quotations, and orders; * Perform after-sales service; * Assist with administrative tasks within the commercial department; * Assist in collecting overdue payments from assigned debtor clients whenever possible or upon request; * Register new customers; * Update customer records; * And other activities relevant to the role.
