Job Summary: Human Resources professional to support payroll, onboarding, vacation, and termination processes, with prior experience in the tax area. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in Human Resources Department **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location:** Av. dos Trabalhadores Responsibilities: Support Human Resources Department processes, including timekeeping verification, payroll processing, onboarding, vacation management, and terminations. **Requirements:** Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; prior experience in HR Department. **Salary and Benefits:** BRL 1,800 to BRL 2,000 Benefits (Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance – BRL 22.00 per day Health and dental insurance deductions, pharmacy discounts, and Life Insurance. Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable); Experience in the tax area is a plus; Knowledge of tax legislation and tax accounting; Basic proficiency in Excel and accounting management systems Desirable: 6 months of experience in the tax area.
