Job Summary: The Driver is responsible for operating transport vehicles, complying with traffic regulations, ensuring safety, and performing basic maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Safely operate passenger or cargo transport vehicles. 2. Perform basic vehicle maintenance and ensure its preservation. 3. Handle adverse traffic situations and apply defensive driving techniques. The Driver is responsible for operating passenger or cargo transport vehicles, adhering to traffic regulations and ensuring occupant safety. Additionally, the Driver performs basic vehicle maintenance and ensures its preservation. This professional must possess defensive driving skills, knowledge of traffic laws, and the ability to handle adverse traffic situations. 1\. Receive the travel itinerary and organize the delivery manifest in delivery sequence. 2\. Load and unload goods for delivery, following transportation and delivery standards to ensure product quality until final destination; 3\. Drive the vehicle to the destination while maintaining traffic and cargo safety protocols; 4\. Approach the customer in accordance with company guidelines to facilitate product receipt. Deliver goods as per the itinerary and company delivery and safety procedures; 5\. Collect documents from the customer (signed bill stub and signed fiscal invoice, return note) to confirm delivery and finalize the sale; 6\. Maintain periodic contact with the supervisor to report delivery progress and any incidents. Do not return with cargo without supervisor authorization; 7\. Deliver collected customer documents and reconcile travel expenses; 8\. Complete the vehicle checklist, listing any anomalies if present; 9\. Request advance disbursement for travel expenses; 10\. Finalize travel expense reports and submit them to the immediate supervisor; 11\. Keep workspaces and equipment organized and clean in compliance with company standards; 12\. Maintain ethical conduct both inside and outside the workplace to safeguard personal and company image; 13\. Collaborate with various company departments to support achievement of corporate strategies; 14\. Maintain positive relationships with colleagues to foster cooperation and camaraderie; 15\. Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of company equipment and assets; 16\. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
