The HR Analyst in Training and Development (T&D) trains teams, maps learning needs, implements training programs, and manages IDPs to enhance competencies and retain talent.

The HR Analyst in Training and Development (T&D) is responsible for training teams, identifying learning needs, and implementing technical or behavioral training programs. They design training sessions, organize onboarding activities, monitor performance indicators (KPIs), and manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs), aiming to enhance competencies and improve talent retention.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Needs Assessment:** Identify skill gaps and determine training requirements across departments.
* **Training Planning:** Design and deliver in-person or e-learning training, including onboarding for new employees.
* **IDP and Performance Management:** Monitor Individual Development Plans and support performance evaluations.
* **Logistics and Vendor Management:** Arrange training venues and materials, and manage training vendors.
