**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:42 AM to 5:30 PM

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Receive manager requests; evaluate employees; prepare assessment reports for managers and provide feedback to employees; refer employees for medical examinations if required; forward personnel movement (MP) documentation to the HR Department upon director’s approval.
* Onboarding, Integration, and Probation Period Follow-up:
* Welcome new employees; conduct orientation sessions covering Group history, procedures and regulations, Code of Ethics, benefits, and other relevant information; present the corporate video; introduce new employees department-by-department;
* Administer mandatory online MAN training modules;
* Identify departmental training needs through internal surveys, meetings, or formal requests; identify qualified internal trainers via the Multiplier Program; develop instructional and visual materials; research interactive activities and exercises; gather supporting materials; propose training plans to managers; negotiate training dates and times with managers; communicate training schedules to employees via email, bulletin boards, and in-person announcements;
* Ensure the factory’s training platform is updated with current employee names;
* Ensure mandatory trainings are completed within deadlines set by the factory;
* Support DHO Analysts and ATCs, ensuring all training-related information remains up-to-date;
* Map Group-wide training needs (LNT – Training Needs Assessment);
* Provide logistical support for trainings—including instructor coordination, classroom reservation and setup, instructional material preparation, and coffee breaks;
* Conduct detailed task analysis per job function together with the executing employee, including basic qualification and training requirements; submit findings to managers and directors for validation; forward finalized documents to the HR Manager.
* Monitor staff composition and maintain organizational charts updated according to hierarchy;
* Keep organizational charts and job descriptions aligned with ISO standards;
* Present documentation to quality auditors as required.
* Develop and update DISC organizational charts for the entire Group;
* Plan commemorative dates and internal events; research and design event programs; prepare budgets; present proposals to managers and obtain approvals; seek partnerships with vendors and event implementation providers; conduct motivational meetings; visit departments; interact with employees, managers, and directors; implement initiatives promoting integration, socialization, physical and mental well-being, quality-of-life campaigns, health, financial literacy, and environmental sustainability;
* Document all events and disseminate summaries across the organization.
* Ensure HR communications reach all Group employees;
* Maintain uniform standards per the factory’s masterplan;
* Assess uniform requirements;
* Request quotations from suppliers; submit quotations to managers and directors for approval;
* Authorize uniform production and negotiate payment terms and delivery timelines;
* Receive uniforms, inspect, sort, and store them appropriately by type and size;
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
* Solid experience as an HR Analyst, preferably within dealership environments;
* Advanced expertise in Recruitment and Selection;
* Willingness to travel.
