Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with active COREN registration;
* Occupational Health specialization is desirable;
* Proven experience in managing nursing and occupational health teams;
* Knowledge of Occupational Health: Emergency Care and First Aid/Health Communication and Education/Familiarity with occupational health management systems (SOC);
* Risk and workplace environment assessment;
* Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration;
* Professional ethics and responsibility.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements in occupational health;
* Monitor PCMSO procedures and ensure occupational medical examinations are conducted within appropriate deadlines;
* Ensure alignment and implementation of ethical, legal, and regulatory principles;
* Direct health data management through the SOC system;
* Update health indicators and reports, meeting established deadlines;
* Organize health campaigns;
* Participate in planning, needs assessment, and execution of training programs;
* Initially support social assistance matters by guiding local managers;
* Perform other duties related to this position.
