A leading company in rubber products for the automotive sector is seeking an organized, responsible, and committed **Inventory Assistant**, focused on daily efficiency and quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving and verifying products against invoices; * Proper storage following the company's defined best practices; * Entering invoices into the system; * Picking and verifying products for dispatch and counter delivery; * Daily organization and cleaning of the inventory; * Cyclical counting and monthly inventory; * Adhering to operational processes defined by management; * Direct communication with the inventory supervisor to report discrepancies or needs. **Specific Knowledge and Skills** * Experience with inventory and warehouse routines; * Basic knowledge of management systems (ERP experience is a plus); * Understanding of safe storage and product identification; * Agility, organization, and attention to detail; * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively. **Attitudes and Behavior** * Commitment to team results; * Proactivity and initiative in daily tasks; * Discipline to maintain organization; * Team spirit and collaboration; * Ethics, responsibility, and attention to processes; * Flexibility to handle urgent demands or changes. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday — 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (2:00 hours for lunch) Saturday — 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **Compensation** From R$1.621,00 + R$379,00 cost-of-living allowance Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Payment: R$1.621,00 — R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Experience: * Inventory Movement and Control (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
