




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, utensils, and facilities, ensuring organization and compliance with sanitary regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Learn more about the responsibilities and prerequisites for this position: Responsibilities and duties: * Responsible for keeping the entire kitchen clean and ensuring all areas are sanitized in accordance with health surveillance regulations for receiving goods and staff; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and refilling dispensers of soap, gel, paper towels, and toilet paper in all locations where these products are used; * Responsible for operating the dishwashing machine (plates and glasses) and sanitizing utensils, containers, and cookware; * Responsible for proper storage of utensils, tableware, and containers to ensure efficiency during usage; * Follow the Good Practices Manual. Requirements and qualifications: * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; * Must be at least 18 years old.
