Job Summary: Support teachers and students by assisting with pedagogical activities, organizing the classroom environment, and supervising children. Key Highlights: 1. Support pedagogical activities and the organization of the school environment. 2. Accompany and assist students in their daily school routine. 3. Participate in continuous professional development sessions and pedagogical meetings. Provide support to teachers and students in their daily school routine, assisting with pedagogical activities, organizing the environment, and supervising children, as directed by the pedagogical coordination. * Respond to teachers' requests for teaching materials in the classroom or for assistance with children. * Assist students with daily activities, as instructed by the teacher. * Maintain integration with the teacher and the children. * Follow all instructions from the pedagogical coordination. * Guide and accompany students to the restroom. * Assist, upon request, in preparing teaching materials (games, recycled materials, and others). * Assist in the adaptation of new students. * Report any deviations from the routine to the teacher and the pedagogical coordinator. * Supervise students in the courtyard, hallways, and restrooms, maintaining order and discipline. * Actively participate in the children's adaptation process. * Accompany students, in partnership with the teacher, during social and cultural activities organized by the school. * Participate in and accompany students during external activities, ensuring their safety and effective engagement with the planned program. * Attend pedagogical meetings with teachers when requested. * Participate in continuous professional development sessions and staff meetings organized by the school, when summoned, to enhance professional competence. * Take responsibility for and maintain workplace equipment and environment, ensuring order, cleanliness, and preservation. * Avoid using mobile phones during working hours. * Avoid involvement in matters that could generate personal conflicts in the workplace. * Perform other tasks at the discretion of the supervisor.
