Incumbents must ensure product supply, organization, and restocking, as well as maintain health, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. Inventory management is a core responsibility, including stocktaking and supplier negotiations. The Grocery Section Head must also supervise sector cleanliness and monitor inventory performance metrics, such as shrinkage and other indicators.
