Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, and control supplies. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals according to the defined menu; * Ensure quality and flavor; * Follow hygiene, safety, and good food handling practices (RDC 216/2004\); * Maintain kitchen, utensils, and equipment organization and cleanliness; * Control supply usage and storage to prevent waste; * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and adherence to production deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Familiarity with seasonal fluctuations in food demand. * Residency in Várzea Grande * Prior experience preparing meals for more than 50 people daily. **Requirements:*** Completed elementary education; * Relevant work experience; * Knowledge of good food handling practices. **Benefits:** Lunch on site, breakfast and afternoon coffee at the cafeteria, attendance bonus, transportation allowance
