The professional will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of environments, as well as participating in continuous improvements and delivering high-level technical support to internal departments. **Key responsibilities:** * Administration of Protheus environments (development, testing, and production); * Application of updates, fixes, and customization packages; * Technical support and performance analysis; * Management of **SQL Server** databases; * Access and security administration; * Maintenance and enhancement of the **Teknisa** system. **Requirements:** * Experience with ERP Protheus and SQL Server; * Knowledge of infrastructure and system environments; * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and proactivity. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with Teknisa; * Interest in AI integrations and technological innovations.
