Job Summary: The RedeFlex is seeking a professional to work in the credit and collections area, focused on monitoring results, preparing managerial reports, and analyzing the customer portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring results and efficiency in credit recovery. 2. Preparation of managerial reports and KPIs to support management. 3. Critical analysis of customer portfolio behavior. RedeFlex is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing recharge machines, debit and credit services, as well as acting as a banking correspondent. Responsibilities: * Monitor credit and collections department results, ensuring data accuracy and process recovery efficiency; * Prepare and interpret managerial reports and dashboards, building performance indicators (KPIs) to support management; * Execute and monitor negative listing processes (Serasa/Boa Vista), notary protests, and referral of cases to legal advisory; * Provide critical analyses of customer portfolio behavior to assist in credit granting decisions and new agreements. Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Familiarity with collections and negotiation processes is desirable.
