




Description: What you need to have: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Preferably ongoing or completed postgraduate studies; * Experience in accounting activities, preferably in medium to large companies or accounting firms; * Experience with accounting entries, reconciliations, classification, account analysis, accounting closing and preparation of financial reports; * Knowledge of accounting standards (CFC, CPC, IFRS), tax regulations (tax withholding) and cooperative legislation; * Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite. A brief summary of your day-to-day responsibilities: * Perform monthly and annual accounting closing, ensuring the accuracy of financial information; * Carry out bank and accounting account reconciliations; * Integrate and reconcile payroll; * Analyze and review accounting entries, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Ensure correct classification of accounting entries and integration between financial and tax areas; * Prepare and present accounting and financial reports; * Support cost control and analysis, fixed and variable costs; * Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring data completeness and correctness; * Help implement improvements in accounting processes, seeking greater efficiency and compliance; * Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations from the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS), tax regulations and cooperative legislation, ensuring the company remains compliant with new rules; * Perform tasks related to accounting and management closing routines, record, reconcile and compose accounting and tax balances, ensuring proper recording and reliability of information; * Monitor and assist in the preparation of management reports and support the preparation of financial statements; * And other related activities. 2510230202201826248
