As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across different areas of the company, helping maintain efficient internal operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform routine tasks; enter incoming fiscal documents into the ERP system; * Issue fiscal documents via the ERP system. * Conduct daily stock inventory. * Monitor and report daily on items with advanced dates. * Obtain quotations and forward them to the CD supervisor when necessary. * Issue purchase orders via the ERP system when necessary. * Register carriers and suppliers via the ERP system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (or equivalent); technical or higher education in Administration is considered a plus; * Prior experience in administrative or office functions is a plus; * Excellent organizational and time-management skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and perform tasks under minimal supervision; * ERP systems and internet proficiency; * Basic understanding of accounting, stock negotiation, warehousing, and billing. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary; * Additional benefits such as medical and dental insurance, meal vouchers, and food allowances; * Opportunities for career advancement and enhancement of administrative skills; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work for a growing company offering learning and professional development.
