Collaborate with the team in production **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist in preparing doughs and breads, following recipes and established standards. * Weigh and measure ingredients required for production. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring food hygiene and safety. * Assist in operating bakery equipment, such as ovens and mixers. * Collaborate with the team in large-scale production, ensuring process efficiency. * Perform quality control of products, checking texture, taste, and appearance. * Participate in inventory management of supplies, assisting in organizing and restocking materials. * Follow occupational health and safety regulations, adhering to established procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in baking or related fields is a plus. * Basic knowledge of baking techniques. * Ability to work in a team. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Commitment and responsibility.
