




**Responsibilities:** Plan and execute purchasing processes based on department demands, inventory policies, and consumption forecasts. Conduct supplier quotations and negotiations, seeking the best conditions in terms of price, delivery time, and quality. Monitor inventory levels, evaluating product turnover and identifying opportunities for restocking or discontinuation. Analyze and address product stockouts, proposing corrective actions together with the purchasing, logistics, and supplier teams. Track and validate product transfers between units, ensuring proper direction and control of movements. Apply inventory control techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, and Just\-in\-Time, ensuring optimal rotation and reduction of losses. Handle merchandise blocks in the system, identifying causes (fiscal, commercial, registration, or quality issues) and acting to resolve them. Check and record purchase invoices, validating taxes, XMLs, and fiscal compliance according to current legislation. Maintain updated product and supplier records, ensuring accuracy in fiscal, tax, and commercial information. Prepare reports and performance analyses of purchasing, inventory, and suppliers, supporting management with data for decision-making. Monitor order and delivery flows, ensuring timeliness and quality upon receipt. Promote sustainable purchasing practices aligned with the company's internal standards. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience: Experience in purchasing or inventory management roles, preferably in medium to large companies; * Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of the Santri system is a plus; * Availability for travel; * Flexible working hours.
