Perform activities related to gas and cylinder control at the unit, including managing requalification, exchange and cylinder supply processes, and participating in planning, evaluation and control of gas supply operations. Control and analyze data related to gas and cylinder openings, bottling, receipt, withdrawals and LPG transfers, monitoring operations and maintaining records of daily movements. Monitor and control cylinder inventory levels at the unit to ensure adequate availability for company operations. Participate in developing gas and cylinder demand forecasts based on consumption patterns, seasonality and production projections. Monitor LPG receipt at the unit, updating availability and comparing it with actual needs. Update control spreadsheets related to area processes, producing charts, graphs, statements, etc., necessary for productivity and service quality analysis. Assist in preparing management reports by consolidating various information from processes under your responsibility, highlighting any inconsistencies, aiming to provide management with the necessary support/information for decision-making.
