Coterflex Industrial, a company of the Brennan Industries Group, is hiring a Hydraulic Cylinder Assembler. **Job Responsibilities:** Perform complete hydraulic cylinder assembly in accordance with drawings, instructions, and technical specifications. Disassemble cylinders for maintenance, component replacement, or inspection. Read and interpret technical drawings and bills of materials. Prepare parts, components, tools, and fixtures required for assembly. Assemble and adjust seals, rings, pistons, cylinder heads, and other cylinder components. Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic tests to verify sealing integrity and proper operation. Identify and document any non-conformities, reporting them to the supervisor or quality department. Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with safety regulations and the 5S methodology. Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, instruments, and equipment used. Strictly comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; prior experience in this role or similar positions; convenient access to the Alvorada Industrial District. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:48 p.m. Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract. Compensation: Starting at BRL 1,872.20 per month.
