Job Summary: The Brazing Operator is responsible for preparing materials, selecting equipment, performing brazing, controlling quality, conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and documenting processes. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for preparing and joining materials through brazing. 2. Monitors and controls the quality of joints by conducting tests. 3. Ensures safety, organization, and maintenance of equipment. **-** Respect and courtesy toward coworkers; - **Material Preparation:** The brazing operator is responsible for preparing materials (condenser, dryer filter, 304 stainless steel coil, capillary tube, and copper tube) to be joined, ensuring they are clean, free of impurities, and properly positioned for the brazing process. **- Selection of Brazing Equipment and Materials:** Select appropriate brazing equipment (e.g., torches) and brazing materials (e.g., fluxes, alloys, and filler metals/rods). - **Equipment Setup:** Configure and adjust brazing equipment according to job specifications, including temperature (neutral flame), gas flow, and pressure. - **Brazing Execution:** Perform the actual brazing process by heating the parts to be joined until the brazing alloy melts and fuses with the base materials. **- Quality Control:** Follow defined Quality and Process standards, monitor and control the brazing process to ensure joints are correctly made, visually inspecting joints (brazing) and conducting quality tests. **- Quality Testing:** Manifold testing, soap solution testing, nitrogen testing, and functional testing of the unit under operating conditions. **- Safety/Organization:** Strictly adhere to safety procedures throughout the brazing process to ensure personal protection, safety, preservation, organization, and cleanliness of the workplace. **- Equipment Maintenance:** Perform basic maintenance on brazing equipment to ensure proper operation and extend its service life. **- Documentation:** Complete production reports, quality records, and other relevant documentation related to the brazing process; - Comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
