Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Opening payment-related tickets and related requests; * Document/certificate analysis; * Tracking payments, receipts, and reports; * Monitoring/handling financial pending items; * Supporting and training internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and dispatch reports; * Participating in projects / continuous improvement initiatives; * Designing processes, workflows, forms, reports, controls, KPIs, and targets; * Requesting invoices. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI is a plus. **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
