About the Position **Job Mission:** Perform administrative activities—including document analysis and verification, report generation, process execution and control—with the objective of ensuring deadline compliance, organization, and agility in internal processes under flexible supervision. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Support inbound and outbound logistics processes by entering and issuing required documentation, following company policies and procedures; * Verify documents, request and/or register materials, customers, and batches, ensuring accurate information entry into the system, as well as arranging physical and fiscal adjustments, and product returns due to damage or expiration via issuance of invoices; * Ensure inventory accuracy through reconciliation of data obtained from system reports and physical stock counts, controlling entries and exits to maintain data precision; * Ensure product movement information reported to external agencies is accurate and authorized by supervision; * Coordinate cargo closing with the commercial department, aligning product orders and delivery schedules to expedite goods delivery control and minimize costs, issuing freight payment authorizations for third parties and verifying service purchase orders; * Analyze and support fiscal and accounting closing processes for the area by generating reports, analyzing documents, monitoring, executing, and controlling processes to ensure correct data entry into financial and management systems; * Map, document, and update standards and procedures; propose process improvements for the area; develop and maintain performance indicators and dashboards; * Analyze and monitor budget execution, as well as assist in tracking departmental targets. 9 Execute, control, and support operational license management—including renewals—for the business; * Comply with all policies and procedures and safeguard Fiagril’s assets. **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree. **Field of Study:** Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Technical Competencies:** **Mandatory** ✅ Microsoft Office – Intermediate level. **Desirable** SAP – Basic level; Basic Tax and Accounting Legislation; Power BI – Basic level.
