Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and picking products and equipment, as well as operating a forklift and maintaining inventory organization.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with lunch break
**Level:** Not specified
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Receive products, equipment, and parts from suppliers to replenish the distributor's inventory.
* Verify invoices against authorized purchase orders, assess merchandise condition (appearance, quality, expiration dates, etc.), approve unloading, and forward invoices for payment scheduling.
* Verify invoices and confirm quantities and packaging.
* Store merchandise in appropriate locations to optimize space while ensuring security and sanitary conditions.
* Pick products and/or equipment for dispatch and delivery according to invoices.
* Operate forklifts to transport and store products.
* Maintain order and cleanliness of the workplace and equipment; request maintenance services when necessary and comply with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
* Conduct periodic physical inventory counts to reconcile quantities with accounting balances (spreadsheets or system); identify discrepancies and report them to supervisors for control and corrective action.
* Occasionally assist in unloading goods from trucks to expedite the process.
* Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by supervisors.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Technical degree in Logistics
* Driver's License: Category B
* Prior experience in receiving, handling, and warehousing in warehouses, storage facilities, or distribution centers.
* Forklift training course preferred
