Job Summary: The apprentice will be responsible for assisting in merchandise organization, product verification, inventory control, and preparing bread for ovens, while maintaining a clean workplace. Keep the workplace clean and organized **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Receive and dispatch materials; sort and organize merchandise. * Assist in inspecting and packaging finished products. * Verify received products and record data in spreadsheets. * Check inventory levels and note items that are out of stock or have no movement. * Prepare bread from the proofing cabinet for the ovens. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Requirements:** * Apprentice position for candidates aged 18 to 21; * Completed high school education; **Work Location:** Neighborhood \- Jardim Imperial **Benefits:** Transportation allowance
