If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Releasing teams for departure with properly loaded vehicles within the scheduled timeframe; * Monitoring route operations, maintaining contact with partners and customers to ensure successful deliveries and prevent product returns; * Tracking area KPIs, analyzing trends, proposing improvements, and regularly presenting results to the team; * Ensuring vehicle safety conditions by monitoring the completion of checklists/daily logbooks by your team; * Complying with and enforcing guidelines related to the Integrated Management System (IMS): Food Safety, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environment; * Developing your team by transferring organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies required for task execution and employee development; * Keeping the workplace clean and organized; ensuring compliance with established safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Minimum three years of experience in logistics operations; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category "B"; * Intermediate Excel skills. #### **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience managing teams. **Work Schedule:** 6x1 shift: 06:30–11:00 & 13:00–16:30, Monday to Friday / 07:00–11:00, Saturday **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Wellbeing Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
