Your work will span a wide range of projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, documentaries, and corporate films. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving our marketing and branding goals, and in communicating effectively with our target audience. **Your role:** Edit video footage, ensuring the highest possible quality: You will be responsible for ensuring all edited content meets exceptional quality standards. This requires deep expertise in both vertical and horizontal video editing formats. Editing skills: Proficiency in professional video editing software is essential, along with the ability to create high-performing, high-quality creative assets tailored for digital platforms. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts: As part of the creative team, you will work closely with other team members to develop visual concepts aligned with our brand identity and mission. This requires creative and collaborative thinking. Work with the marketing team to ensure videos meet marketing and branding objectives: You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all produced videos align with our branding and marketing goals. This requires an understanding of—and ability to apply—marketing strategies in your work. Manage and organize all video assets: You will be responsible for keeping all video materials organized and easily accessible, ensuring the video production process remains as efficient as possible. **KPIs** Quality of produced videos: The quality of your videos is crucial. We will evaluate quality based on multiple factors, including image clarity, audio quality, and editing coherence. Adherence to delivery deadlines: Meeting deadlines is essential. We will assess your effectiveness in delivering projects on time. Client satisfaction with final deliverables: Client satisfaction is a key indicator of your video success. Final outputs must meet or exceed client expectations. Contribution toward achieving marketing objectives: Your work must significantly contribute to reaching our marketing goals.
