The **Payment Platforms** area aims to build, evolve, and maintain payment platforms that enable essential company capabilities, ensuring all payment-related flows operate in a unified, reliable, and scalable manner. We organize cross-cutting capabilities in a structured, reusable, and product-oriented way, ensuring architectural consistency, governance, and continuous evolution of solutions supporting **Vivo's** channels, financial systems, and services. Then this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as technical leadership in defining, implementing, and evolving platforms. * Lead end-to-end technical initiatives: discovery, design, implementation, and maintenance. * Define, develop, and institutionalize architectural standards, specifications, and references. * Design end\-to\-end technical solutions for high-scale transactional environments. * Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and high availability. * Guarantee idempotency, consistency, resilience, and low latency across flows. * Define testing strategies for critical flows and ensure technical quality. * Implement observability with metrics, logs, tracing, and alerts. * Collaborate closely with product, operations, and corporate architecture teams. * Support strategic technical decisions. * Act as a technical reference for the team and elevate engineering maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in solution architecture on public or hybrid cloud. * Strong foundation in distributed systems, high availability, scalability, and resilience. * Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). * Experience with microservices architecture and best practices for decoupling. * Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and event-driven architectures. * Experience with messaging and event streaming (queues, pub/sub, retries, dead-letter queues, eventual consistency). * Solid full-stack development experience, with backend expertise in high-criticality transactional systems. * Experience with modern languages and frameworks such as Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python, and React. * Experience with relational, non-relational, and graph databases, including domain-driven data modeling. * Solid experience with automated testing, quality strategies, and definition of critical flows. * Experience with CI/CD practices, deployment automation, and DevOps culture. * Experience with observability, logging, metrics, and monitoring in high-scale environments. * Ability to industrialize technological solutions—from concept to operation. * Ability to translate complex business rules into robust technical solutions. * Hands\-on profile with architectural vision and ability to serve as a technical reference. * Knowledge or experience with TM Forum standards and their Open APIs will be considered a plus. * Practical experience applying AI (LLMs, RAG, agents, or intelligent automation) will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees!
