Department: Core and Access **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform **correlation of complex databases** (OSS/BSS, inventory systems, monitoring platforms, billing, HLR/HSS, MSC, MGW, multi-vendor telephone exchanges, among others). Develop **dashboards, reports, and automations** to monitor progress of decommissioning and technological migration activities. Create and maintain **consolidated databases** supporting critical analyses: impacted customers, legacy features, dependencies, sensitive services, and risks. Identify inconsistencies, duplications, and gaps in databases, proposing models for **data quality and governance**. Support strategic decision-making through structured quantitative analyses and predictive models (where applicable). Automate repetitive tasks using Python, SQL, and ETL tools. Support the design and prioritization of decommissioning waves by cluster, region, or technology. Ensure traceability and versioning of used databases, with complete change history. Create executive materials and dashboards for leadership, including status, risks, and operational insights. Collaborate closely with PMO, Engineering, Operations, and Customer teams to mitigate impact. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and capacity to handle multiple simultaneous demands. * **Advanced SQL proficiency** (complex joins, modeling, query optimization). **Python** for automation, ETL, data analysis, and handling large volumes. Experience with **ETL/ELT**. * Solid knowledge of **data modeling** (dimensional, relational, schema design). Experience with **Telecom databases and platforms**: * Desired knowledge of Mobile Network: HLR/HSS, VLR, SGSN, MGW, MSC, BSC, OSS, PCRF/PCF.
