The **Payment Platforms** area, within the Directorate of Architecture and Platforms, is responsible for creating and evolving platforms that structure the company’s essential capabilities. We organize cross-cutting capabilities in a structured, reusable, and product-oriented manner, ensuring architectural consistency, governance, and continuous evolution. Then this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Understand and analyze the current operation of business journeys and workflows. * Identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and standardization. * Support defining future models that are more efficient and scalable. * Translate business needs into structured platform capabilities. * Support designing workflows, business rules, and end\-to\-end journeys. * Collaborate closely with architecture, product, and engineering teams. * Ensure consistency among operations, business rules, and technological solutions. * Support prioritizing initiatives based on business impact. * Structure and document workflows, journeys, and operational models. * Support enhancing customer experience and digital channels. * Act as a facilitator between business areas and technical teams. * Ensure end-to-end visibility of transformation initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in digital transformation initiatives or business operations evolution. * Experience in analyzing and structuring workflows and journeys. * Ability to translate business needs into structured models. * Experience in designing journeys and customer experience. * Strong analytical ability and systemic vision. * Experience working across multiple business areas. * Ability to align business needs with technological solutions. * Experience in medium- or large-scale corporate environments. * Agile methodology experience is considered a plus. * Knowledge or experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). * Experience with modeling and collaboration tools. * Experience in highly operationally complex environments is considered a plus. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees!
