Grow with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform specialized procedures: washing of blood components, aliquoting of blood components in a closed system, leukoreduction of blood components in a closed system, preparation of pools in a closed system, and reconstitution of whole blood for exchange transfusion; * Assist in the processing, storage, and release of blood components to ensure the safety of staff and patients; * Assist in packaging blood components for transport, in accordance with institutional validation and standardization; * Assist in monitoring refrigerator temperatures within the department; * Carry out administrative routines relevant to the department to ensure organizational efficiency and task execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Hemotherapy or Clinical Analysis. * Proficiency in computerized systems. * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (day and night shifts). **Additional Information** * Location: Paraiso – São Paulo * Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Medical Assistance, and Dental Assistance * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (day and/or night shifts).
