ArcelorMittal: technology and innovation to move the world. **How About Joining Our Great Team?** **Your Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support for IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, network, and infrastructure). * Provide software support for Windows, Office suite, antivirus, and other applications used. * Handle incidents and service requests, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. * Monitor, prioritize, and manage tickets according to urgency, impact, and complexity. * Engage and follow up with vendors for service execution and maintenance. * Support corporate events with online tools (live streams and video conferences). * Keep the IT asset inventory updated in control systems. * Identify and address root causes of incidents, proposing definitive solutions. * Propose and implement continuous improvements in IT processes, procedures, and tools. * Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring standardization and governance. * Support project transition to operations, ensuring compliance with defined standards. * Contribute to the stability and availability of the IT environment. * Manage shipment and tracking of equipment for external maintenance. **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in end-user technical support (Service Desk or Field Service). * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office suite. * Familiarity with networking, IT infrastructure, and IT devices.
