You will be responsible for **developing tools that streamline developers’ daily workflows**, thereby enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the entire engineering team. ### **You Will:** * Collaborate with the Core Squad to design, develop, and maintain central services. * Ensure seamless communication among services, with emphasis on authentication, onboarding, offboarding, and telephony messaging layers. * Manage security-related tasks, including handling WAFs and responding to pentests. * Oversee permission management and user access control. * Integrate the authentication application with other systems. * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers within the squad. * Work closely with stakeholders to define and execute an ambitious roadmap. * Potentially assume the role of Team Lead for the Core Squad. ### **We Expect You To:** * Be proficient in programming languages such as Python. * Have strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. * Have experience with security protocols and blue team activities. (Bonus) * Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges. * Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork. * Have experience in the financial sector.
