IT demand management and organization Grupo Seres is seeking a professional for the position of IT Analyst II, tasked with acting as an integrating, organizing, and technical executing analyst—ensuring agility, control, and quality from user request to final delivery, with direct involvement in database operations, staging environments, and continuous interaction with vendors and development squads. **Key Responsibilities:** **Demand Management and Organization** * Receive and analyze user requests. * Understand functional and technical requirements of demands. * Register, organize, prioritize, and track demands using a management tool. * Ensure traceability, deadlines, quality, and clear communication throughout the demand lifecycle. **Technical Database Work (CRITICAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION)** * Execute, analyze, and refine SQL queries—not limited to simple SELECT statements. * Develop and refine complex queries: * Possess solid understanding of data models, navigating confidently across tables, relationships, and business rules. * Support technical analysis, data validation, and investigations to assist demands, staging activities, and user support. * Act responsibly and with strict adherence to environment segregation, access profiles, and change management processes. **Vendor Interface** * Serve as the primary liaison between the company and vendor teams, including: * Support: addressing questions, operational corrections, and adjustments. * Projects: handling implementation-related demands and actuarial reporting. * Development squad: managing customizations, backlog items, and technical deliverables. * Interact with vendor Product Owners (POs) and developers, understanding agile workflows. * Enforce deadlines, align priorities, and monitor deliveries. * Identify risks, delays, and dependencies—escalating to management when necessary, with clear analysis. **Environments, Testing, and Staging** * Work within segregated environments (development, testing, staging). * Coordinate delivery and staging queues with end users. * Perform initial technical and functional staging validations, verifying deliverables prior to final user acceptance. * Assess impact of system changes on web applications and integrations. **Communication and Reporting** * Prepare clear status reports covering pending items, risks, and priorities. * Support alignment meetings with vendors and internal departments. * Maintain objective, technically sound, and management-accessible communication. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Ongoing postgraduate specialization or MBA (mandatory); * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst; * Intermediate proficiency in SQL—including complex queries, views, and data manipulation (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE); * Knowledge of data modeling and table navigation; * Experience with web systems and integrations; * Exposure to testing, staging, and change management processes; * Experience interfacing with end users and vendors; * Familiarity with agile environments and collaboration with squads. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in complementary pension, pension systems, or actuarial systems. * **Desired Competencies:** * Organized profile with strong priority management skills; * Hands-on attitude and strong sense of responsibility; * Effective communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to complex environments; * Emotional intelligence to manage interactions with multiple stakeholders; * Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
