




Job Summary: Project Manager with technical background to manage welding machines and industrial welding systems projects, focused on the automotive sector, overseeing manufacturing and resolving issues. Active involvement in problem resolution and delivery validation We are seeking a technically grounded Project Manager to fully manage projection welding and spot welding machines and industrial systems projects, primarily serving automotive sector clients—including OEMs and supply chain companies—as well as other sectors as required. This position requires not only schedule management and client interface but also the ability to monitor manufacturing progress, validate deliveries, and actively resolve issues. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Management** * End-to-end project management: scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risks; * Develop and maintain detailed schedules (PMO); * Lead kickoff meetings, status reports, milestone reviews, and project closure meetings; * Manage scope changes and their impact on schedules; * Prepare executive status reports and action plans; * Ensure predictability and organization throughout project execution. **Client Interface** * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; * Negotiate timelines, priorities, and technical/commercial adjustments; * Align technical and contractual expectations; * Monitor project delivery approval events. **Due Diligence and Monitoring** * Actively track critical project items; * Assess actual physical progress versus planned schedule; * Inspect components, assemblies, and machines; * Identify technical and quality deviations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in industrial project management; * Strong negotiation and communication skills; * Proficiency in planning and control tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.); * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Hands-on, organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with projection welding and spot welding; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Experience with machinery, fixtures, automation, or capital goods; * Knowledge of processes such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP; * Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, etc.); * Technical English **Benefits Offered** * Transportation allowance * Internal performance bonuses * On-site cafeteria * SulAmérica Health Insurance Plan * SulAmérica Dental Insurance Plan * Life insurance * Pharmacy partnership * **Day Off** * Gympass * SESI partnership **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$4,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have experience in planning and controlling project execution? * Do you have knowledge of MS Project or similar software? * Do you have advanced or fluent English proficiency with professional communication capability? * Do you have knowledge of mechanical drawing reading and interpretation? * Are you available for travel as required by the role?
