Come fly with us! ✈️** Responsibilities and Duties: * Develop, evaluate, and monitor commercial strategies to ensure achievement of targets; * Track results using performance metrics; * Manage multichannel sales metrics; * Ensure the store’s visual merchandising (VM) aligns with the brand’s proposition; * Organize all store operations and delegate responsibilities; * Identify talent to build and maintain a high-performance team aligned with the organizational culture; * Conduct behavioral and performance feedback sessions; * Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
