This position offers the opportunity to contribute to procurement processes and the development of procurement strategies. **Responsibilities:** * Support the procurement process for goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations with suppliers. * Manage the corporate vehicle fleet (maintenance, documentation, insurance, and cost control). * Administer mobile and landline telephony contracts, monitoring deadlines, costs, and service quality. * Support the procurement of IT equipment (hardware and peripherals). * Monitor performance indicators and prepare tracking reports. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and contract management processes. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of procurement and contract management processes. * Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with fleet and corporate telephony management. * Prior experience in procurement or contract management.
