




Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields; * Excellent writing skills and mastery of standard Portuguese; * Basic knowledge of the influencer market and relationship-building activities; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); * Intermediate English proficiency required; * Preferred: prior experience with corporate and institutional events. * Support the planning and organization of institutional, promotional, and/or internal events; * Support public relations activities related to events and activations; * Prepare briefings, schedules, and reports; * Draft institutional texts, invitations, scripts, press releases, and event support materials; * Execute influencer, opinion leader, and stakeholder engagement strategies; * Serve as the liaison with vendors (catering, audiovisual services, venue rentals, etc.); * Conduct quotations, material logistics, and basic negotiations with partners; * Oversee events on-site and/or online, ensuring a positive guest experience and safeguarding brand image; * Support logistics for materials, giveaways, transportation, and setup; * Monitor processes and deadlines with agencies and internal clients, ensuring full visibility; * Provide guidelines to press agencies (e.g., approval of press releases, editorial topics, and reports); * Collaborate with other marketing teams to strengthen the brand. 2512090203141854973
