Experience in e-commerce logistics and leadership E-commerce Supervisor – Logistics Job Description: We seek a goal-oriented, leadership-focused professional to supervise e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring agility, organization, and efficiency across the entire order flow. Key Responsibilities: Lead the order picking, packaging, and shipping team Define and monitor productivity targets and deadlines Ensure on-time shipment fulfillment Track orders from receipt through delivery Monitor operational errors and reduce failures Optimize logistics processes and team productivity Requirements: Experience in e-commerce logistics Experience leading teams Organized, agile, and results-driven profile Strong communication skills and leadership presence Basic knowledge of systems/ERP Preferred Qualifications: Experience with marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre, etc.) Experience handling high order volumes Knowledge of logistics KPIs (on-time rate, productivity, error rate) Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Compensation: R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
