**OPEN POSITION – DOORMAN / ACCESS CONTROLLER** We are hiring professionals to work in the doorman area of a residential condominium. **Schedule:** 5 days on, 1 day off **Available shifts:** * 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 2.162,60 **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher: R$ 21.80/day * Food Allowance: R$ 151.90/month * Bonus: R$ 315.00 **Requirements:** * Male or female * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role * Must reside in the East Zone of São Paulo (mandatory) * Good communication skills, responsibility, and professional demeanor **Main responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, and service providers * Register and authorize individuals according to condominium rules * Monitor vehicle entry and exit * Answer intercom calls and assist visitors * Record incidents in system or logbook * Comply with internal regulations and support site security **Interested candidates:** Send an updated resume indicating your residential area to WhatsApp: (11) 94177-9179 Compensation: R$2,000.00 - R$2,162.60 per month Work location: On-site
