Ensuring site organization and cleanliness **Job Description** As a Construction Foreman, you will work in the technical area, guiding and supervising the execution of a set of services under your responsibility at the construction site, through project reading, team management, and service planning according to the construction schedule, aiming to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries aligned with the construction plan. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan and monitor physical progress of the construction project, ensuring correct execution of activities per the established schedule. * Inspect activities performed by the team to guarantee service quality. * Review project documents and ensure services are executed correctly and with quality. * Manage the team by implementing improvements in service execution and providing feedback jointly with the site manager, to ensure optimal workflow and service quality. * Verify materials used by the team and confirm compliance with technical specifications (ITs) and approvals to ensure service quality. * Ensure site organization and cleanliness to facilitate logistics and eliminate accident risks for workers. * Monitor and ensure waste management and site cleaning to guarantee proper disposal and organization. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Elementary education preferred; * Experience in this role and ability to read project documents. **Additional Information:** * Birthday day off; * Meal allowance and transportation allowance; * Health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance; * Daycare assistance up to the child’s second birthday; * Extended paternity leave; * Partnership club; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
