




Carry out front desk services, controlling the entry and exit of employees and visitors, monitoring the use of identification badges, complying with internal procedures and higher-level instructions, in order to prevent unauthorized persons from entering and moving around the hospital premises. **Responsibilities and Duties** * *Carry out front desk services, complying with internal procedures and higher-level instructions to prevent irregularities within the hospital premises.* * *Control the movement of employees, visitors and other individuals, monitoring the visible wearing of identification badges, preventing unauthorized persons from entering and moving around the premises.* * *Control the entry and exit of hospital assets (materials, devices and equipment) using the exit authorization form, verifying the description of the asset, its origin and destination, asset number, name of the bearer and name of the person authorizing the exit, thereby preventing improper use, installation or removal of institutional materials.* * *Control the loading and unloading gates for goods, notifying the responsible department upon arrival of goods, opening the gate and supervising unloading.* * *Receive patients, visitors and employees, providing general information such as consultation hours, consultation locations and other matters, managing the flow of people, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining organization in the respective areas.* * *Control visits to hospitalized patients by registering entries using cards and identification badges, allowing entry according to the stipulated number of visitors, as well as managing visitor rotation to maintain organization in the visited areas.* * *Register walk-in patients, patient transfers and emergency admissions at the Emergency Department using specific forms and spreadsheets, forwarding the information to the Front Desk Supervisor to complete the registration process.* * *Perform other activities as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Training in Security Guarding and Customer Service. **Additional Information** 12-hour shift schedule (12x36), from 06:00 to 18:00 The **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\.
