Data Intelligence and Tracking (The Heart of Operations) Data Engineering: Implement and manage advanced tracking (Pixel, Conversion API, GTM and WordPress, CRM, etc). Surgical Attribution: Configure connections between CRM, advertising platforms, and internal systems to ensure accurate lead attribution. Customer Journey Mapping: Configure parameters and events for enhanced tracking. Data-Driven Culture: Ensure structural clarity of data so that decisions are based on facts—not assumptions. 2\. High-Performance Operations (Meta & Google Ads) Execute full operational management of Meta Ads and Google Ads (proven experience with both is mandatory). Implement continuous A/B testing methodologies and vertical/horizontal scaling strategies. Balance Demand Generation campaigns (bottom-of-funnel) with Content Distribution (branding focus and acquiring new followers). 3\. Strategic Vision, Dashboards, and Creative Synergy Create performance dashboards and reports focused on actionable insights (not just vanity metrics). Guide the creative team on which formats and copy perform best, requesting new materials as needed across the funnel. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proven experience as a Full Traffic Manager, with real expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proficiency in advanced tracking (tags, APIs, pixels, parameters, etc.). Practical knowledge of testing methodologies and scaling levers.
