




Job Summary: The SDR is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining detailed records to generate interest in products/services. Maintain records in the CRM and generate performance reports As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will identify and engage potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media, using active prospecting techniques to generate interest in our products/services. Your responsibilities will include lead qualification—assessing whether prospects meet the company’s criteria—and scheduling meetings between qualified leads and our Sales Executives. You will maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM and generate periodic reports on prospecting performance. **Requirements:** Commercial & sales experience; experience with CRM platforms. **Soft Skills:** Strong communication/persuasion skills, strong organizational skills, passion for sales, communication skills. Results-oriented mindset, familiarity with prospecting techniques, prior experience in this role.
