Full Stack Developer - Mid-Level (Talent Pool)

Description

We are seeking a professional to design and develop robust, secure, and high-quality solutions spanning from frontend to backend. **Responsibilities:** * Focus primarily on Node.js for backend and React for frontend; * Collaborate technically with the team to define and implement development best practices, architectural standards, and code quality; * Actively participate in defining system architecture and strategic decision-making; * Work in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), collaborating with other teams to ensure application stability and evolution; * Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers; * Ensure application performance and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. **Qualifications:** * Solid full-stack development experience; * Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with strong hands-on experience in Node.js; * Proficiency in React and its ecosystem (components, hooks, state management, etc.); * Solid understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns, with proven ability to apply them in code to ensure maintainability and scalability; * Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL; * Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB); * Experience with version control (Git); * Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and propose innovative solutions. **Required Skills:** * Skill and experience writing User Stories in Gherkin BDD (Behavior-Driven Development); * Experience with microservices; * Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); * Experience with Docker and CI/CD; * Knowledge of testing methodologies (TDD/BDD). **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive compensation; * Paid annual leave; * Monthly allowance; * Birthday day off and bonus; * Partnership with Wellhub; * Health insurance; * Group life insurance; * Employment model: PJ (individual contractor); * Location: Centro – São Paulo/SP; * 100% on-site.
