Job Summary: In-person Customer Service with a focus on delighting, captivating, and acquiring customers, utilizing sales skills and Microsoft Office. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office required Customer Service: In-person Requirements, Qualifications, and Responsibilities: \- Surprise customers via telephone, email, and WhatsApp; delight them with our service differentiators \- Serve and acquire customers via WhatsApp \- Serve and acquire customers via telephone and/or in person. \- Counter-based customer service. \- Experience in the field required. \- Experience in the field. \- Extremely attentive and dedicated. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required to generate reports. \- Proven track record in successful sales. \- Curiosity to act assertively and disruptively in identifying leads’ pain points, as well as passion for delivering solutions to their needs. \- Initiative to apply all knowledge of sales techniques. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Saturday, 09:00–14:00 Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: In-person
