Check out more details about this opportunity below. **THE POSITION** We are looking for an **Overhead Crane Operator** to join **our division** at the **Head Office** in **Guarulhos/SP**. To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a **hands-on profile**, high energy, proactivity, negotiation skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, resilience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and enthusiasm for customer service. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle material and product movement by operating overhead cranes, managing horizontal and vertical movement controls for transporting or moving loads within warehouse areas, performing loading, unloading, machine feeding (cutting machines), and proper storage placement; * Monitor and verify safety during material lifting and transportation. * Unload materials identified on invoices and transport them to the warehouse, maintaining established storage standards defined in the warehousing process; * Select and transport materials from inventory to load delivery vehicles according to sales orders and loading instructions; * Supply machines as required by production orders and material needs for cutting, sawing, and plasma machines; * Organize work areas, properly and safely storing products to facilitate order picking; perform other tasks as directed by immediate supervisors; * Consistently observe current safety regulations applicable to overhead crane operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Warehousing, Operations, Stockrooms, or Overhead Crane Operation; * Completed high school education; * Valid and up-to-date Overhead Crane Operator certification; * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety; * Metrology/Measurement Control training is considered a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills, focused attention, organizational ability, dynamism, commitment, teamwork, proactivity, resilience, and effective communication. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Medical Assistance (free for the employee) * Dental Assistance * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * On-site Restaurant * Food Basket * Newborn Assistance * Wedding Assistance * Funeral Assistance * Free access to courses offered by Universidade Açotubo (online) * Tuition Assistance after 1 year of employment * Birthday Day Off after 1 year of employment (a full-day leave for birthday celebration—you deserve it). * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) based on individual performance goals * Porto Seguro Life Insurance * Gympass Founded in 1974, Açotubo boasts the best technical and operational infrastructure in the industry.
