




Job Summary: This role involves providing technical support for Cloud environments, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure, and contributing to process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for Cloud environments: Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud 2. Diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical incidents 3. Customer guidance and documentation of operational procedures **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Respond to requests via phone, e\-mail, and ticketing systems related to Cloud environments; * Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical incidents with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure; * Support ad\-hoc requests related to AWS and Google Cloud when necessary; * Ensure SLA compliance and monitor the progress of tickets in your assigned queue; * Lead technical conference calls for collaborative incident resolution; * Escalate tickets to Level 2 or vendors when required, ensuring complete information transfer; * Document all actions, communications, and updates thoroughly in the ticketing system; * Guide customers in performing adjustments and corrections within their Cloud environments; * Contribute to documenting operational procedures and continuously improving support processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Microsoft AZ\-900, MS\-900, SC\-900, or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification; * Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and interacting with vendors. * Experience in technical support or service desk roles within corporate environments; * Experience or knowledge of Microsoft 365\. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in 24x7 operations or bilingual support environments; * Experience supporting multi\-tenant Cloud environments; * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and focus on incident resolution. **Key Skills** At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
