* Main Responsibilities: Provide customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels; prepare and send quotations and commercial proposals; register customers in the system and keep data updated; track orders and delivery deadlines; organize commercial documents and reports; assist with after-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Acquire new customers; manage customer relationships (including in-person visits); participate in organizing trade fairs and events; and maintain our digital storefront (social media) up-to-date and attractive when necessary. * Conduct follow-up visits to active customers as needed to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction. * **Salary:** 2500.00 * **Benefits:** Dental insurance, basic food basket, on-site lunch, transportation allowance * **Employment type:** CLT (permanent) * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday 08:00–18:00, Friday until 17:00 Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT Payment: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
