**Responsibilities and duties**
ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT 5\.3\.1 Support the management team and other professionals in interacting with students’ guardians and the school community; 5\.3\.2 Support the development and implementation of actions outlined in the School Coexistence Improvement Plan in partnership with the Education Directorate and the school unit, the School Coexistence Orientation Teacher – POC, and the Curriculum Specialist Teacher – PEC; 5\.3\.3 Develop and conduct training sessions, guidance activities, and collective dynamics for education professionals and students; 5\.3\.4 Maintain documentary/clinical records of all activities performed, in accordance with ethical obligations; 5\.3\.5 Employ only assessment methods, techniques, and instruments scientifically recognized in the psychologist’s professional practice and compliant with current regulations and guidelines issued by the Federal Psychology Council; 5\.3\.6 Record activities and actions on the platform selected by the Secretary for Program Management. 5\.3\.7 Provide individualized support to students when deemed necessary by the professional, delivering guidance and referrals to protective networks; 5\.3\.8 In emergency situations involving students, such individualized support must comply with the principles of comprehensive protection set forth in Law No. 8\.069, dated July 13, 1990; 5\.3\.9 All interventions must be conducted in person, except where remote work is strictly indispensable for specific situations; 5\.4\.1 Guide daily work based on pedagogical guidelines, educational policies, and schools’ Political-Pedagogical Projects, promoting alignment between institutional principles and educational practices; 5\.4\.2 Identify and analyze strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities within the school context to continuously improve school operations, pedagogical processes, and educational outcomes, paying attention to emerging demands in the school–territory relationship. 5\.4\.3 Promote the development of students’ socioemotional competencies, reinforcing learning, interpersonal relationships, and school coexistence. 5\.4\.4 Guide and support teaching staff in improving pedagogical practices, considering non-pedagogical factors influencing teaching–learning and acting in the prevention and resolution of issues compromising the educational process 5\.4\.5 Implement actions promoting respectful and inclusive coexistence, collective conflict resolution, and prevention of violence 5\.4\.6 Understand and value the roles of various actors in the school community—including teachers, parents, staff, and students—in collective actions that promote well-being and integration. 5\.4\.7 Identify psychosocial needs in the school environment, embracing diversity and acting to deconstruct prejudice and violence. 5\.4\.8 Contribute to valuing African, Afro-Brazilian, and Indigenous history and culture, as well as strengthening ethnic-racial relations and anti-racism efforts. 5\.4\.9 Promote mediation and strengthen bonds, mediate training processes, foster dialogue between families and schools, and reinforce pedagogical bonds 5\.4\.10 Create support groups fostering inclusion and cooperation within the school community; 5\.4\.11 Actively participate in identifying, classifying, and referring cases of social vulnerability or violations of educational rights, in coordination with the Education Secretariat and regional agencies. GOVERNO DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DA EDUCAÇÃO SUBSECRETARIA DE ARTICULAÇÃO DA REDE DE ENSINO Página 34 \| 110 5\.4\.12 Plan and implement workflows and procedures to prevent, identify, and intervene in cases of school violence, ensuring active listening and protection of students. 5\.4\.13 Address and confront social inequalities, promoting human rights and strengthening ethical and inclusive relationships. 5\.4\.14 Observe and discuss psychological processes present in family–school relationships and pedagogical contexts, respecting individuality and the school community as a whole. 5\.4\.15 Ensure smooth execution of prevention and intervention processes in cases of conflict, violence, or social vulnerability, guaranteeing effectiveness of actions and appropriate case follow-up.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology
* Active and unrestricted CRP registration
* Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in direct service delivery.
